i've been trying to avoid it, but i guess it's only inevitable: food

(it made me really happy yesterday when d told me that he was considering a "no foodies zone" t-shirt and sign for his shop. too bad he's only the foodie mecca of italy.)

bv's first book (we're finishing up the second one now)--i especially love the awful review that debra whatsherface wrote. she and her husband were our students almost 2 years ago, and we still make fun of how terrible (and mean) they were; by far, the greediest, grabbiest, pickiest students we've ever had. yuk!
